Little Bits - Tulip Time quilt sewing pattern from Cindi Edgerton. Tulip Time pattern contains enough tissue paper foundations and instructions for making two table-toppers and ten placemats in the tulip design.
A trim accent of rick rack can be added to the the edges of the placemats before attaching the binding. Table topper is 15 1/2in x 15 1/2in and the placemats are 12in x 18in.
